Direct Apneatronics orders
When direct checkout is available, the checkout page shows the shipping method, charge, destination, and delivery estimate before payment. Direct shipping is currently limited to eligible United States addresses supported by the checkout form.
Delivery estimates
Delivery ranges are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, supplier handling, and remote destinations can affect delivery. An order may ship in more than one package when products are fulfilled from different locations.
Address changes and tracking
Review the shipping address before payment. Contact Apneatronics promptly if a direct-order address is wrong; an address cannot be changed after the order enters fulfillment. Tracking is provided when the fulfillment partner makes it available.
Affiliate purchases
Amazon and other independent retailers set their own shipping charge, delivery estimate, geographic restrictions, carrier, tracking, and lost-package process. Apneatronics cannot access or change a retailer's order.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
For a direct order, keep the packaging and contact Apneatronics with the order number and a clear description of the issue. For an affiliate purchase, contact the retailer that accepted payment.
