This policy applies to apneatronics.com. Apneatronics is an independent educational and product-comparison website. General website forms are not designed for medical records, protected health information, diagnosis, or treatment instructions.
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, topic, and message.
- Basic technical information, such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, and requested URL.
- Website activity, such as page views, performance measurements, affiliate-link clicks, and broad interaction events.
- Consent records and reminder preferences when you request follow-up or replacement reminders.
- For a direct order, contact details, shipping and billing addresses, products, quantities, order totals, payment status, and fulfillment updates.
Do not submit medical records, insurance identifiers, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or detailed health histories through general contact forms.

Google advertising and analytics
Apneatronics uses Google Analytics and may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to measure traffic, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and serve contextual advertising. Third parties may place and read cookies in your browser or use web beacons and IP addresses as a result of ad serving on this site.
Because Apneatronics covers health-related topics, our site configuration disables Google advertising personalization signals and requests non-personalized advertising. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, medical records, or prescription uploads to Google Analytics.

Cookies, consent, and privacy messages
Google Consent Mode is configured so advertising and analytics storage default to denied in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland until an applicable consent signal is received. Google's certified consent-management message must also be enabled in the AdSense account for those regions. Visitors may use browser controls and the choices presented by the applicable consent message to accept, reject, or manage optional storage.
Other service providers
Apneatronics may use Vercel for hosting, performance measurement, and site analytics; Microsoft Clarity for privacy-controlled user-experience measurement; email or CRM services for requested follow-up; and Amazon or other merchants for affiliate referrals. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. When you leave Apneatronics, the destination merchant's policy applies.
Payment and order processing
Stripe or PayPal processes direct-order payments when those options are displayed. Apneatronics receives a payment status, provider transaction identifier, and limited order details needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, refunds, accounting, and legal compliance. Apneatronics does not receive or store your full card number or PayPal password.
Order and shipping information may be shared with a supplier, warehouse, carrier, tax service, email provider, or customer-support provider only as needed to complete and support the order. Affiliate retailers process purchases under their own privacy policies.
Affiliate links
Affiliate links may include identifiers that attribute a qualifying purchase to Apneatronics. Affiliate partners may receive the referring page, link identifier, and information ordinarily transmitted when you visit their site. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Apneatronics is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also withdraw a reminder or contact preference. Submit a request through our Contact page. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request.
